    Vivian Hershfield is an artist and jewelry maker.  Though she worked for 32 years as a Medical Technologist, she has always devoted much time to her love of painting.  Vivian has taken numerous classes studyinig with Dan Slapo a Master pastelist, with Angela D'Aleo and Mary Ann Heinzen learning watercolor techniques.  Vivian has taken workshops with Janet Walsh, Howard Rose, Terry Madden and David Pena.  

    Currently she is a member of the Art League of Nassau County and the Rockville Centre Arts Council.  She has exhibited her paintings throughout the New York area including the Cork Gallery in Lincoln Center, the Great Neck House and many libraries on Long Island.  Her work can be found in many private collections.
